North Carolina Theatre is thrilled for its premiere production of this long-running Broadway show! With a plot based on T.S Eliot’s "Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats" and award-winning music composed by the legendary Andrew Lloyd Webber, CATS first opened on the West End stage in 1981 and went on to earn seven Tony Awards. It has since become one of the world’s best-known and best-loved musicals, truly living up to it's motto "Now and Forever."
